Imagine a huge magnet above you

Imagine then seeing all of that negativity, like magnetic filling leaving your body and going up to the huge magnet.

I have a vision, where all people are at peace, fed and housed.
Every child is loved and educated to develop their talents
Where the heart is more important than the head
Wisdom is revered over riches
In this world justice, equality and fairness rule
Nature is honored, so the waters flow pure and clear and the air is fresh and clean
Plants and trees are nurtured and all animals are respected and treated with kindness
Happiness and laughter prevail
Humans walk hand in hand with Angels

Give the world the best you have and it may not be enough

For you see, in the end its between you and GOD

Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire
If you did what would there be to look forward to
Be thankful when you don’t know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn
Be thankful for the difficult times
During those times you grow
Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement
Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character
Be thankful when you’re "red and weary
Because it means you’ve made a difference
Its easy to be thankful for the good things
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also
thankful for the set backs
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings
THINGS YOUR INNER CHILD NEEDS TO HEAR
I LOVE YOU
Say I love you to yourself several times a day
I HEAR YOU
Make time to let out your emotions and
tell your inner child that you will hear it
YOU DO NOT DESERVE IT
A child is innocent and pure and your inner child does not deserve to be ashamed abused or abandoned and it is definitely not your fault
YOU ARE SORRY
You are sorry for not hearing before
now, that your inner child was in pain before and that you carried on regardless

Blaming yourself is the quickest way to
destroy ourselves. Say I am human, I am perfect and that’s its OK
THANK YOU
Thank your inner child for never giving up on you
YOU DID YOUR BEST
Tell your inner child you are doing your best and its OK to have fun, enjoy yourself, let the bad go and be happy
AFFIRMATION
I am the living spirit within
I am my own creator
I am the embodiment of my own creation

You are the deepest wisdom and the highest truth
The greatest peace and the grandest love
You are all of these things and more
And in moments of your life
You have known yourself as all of these things
Choose now to know yourself as these things ALWAYS
See the Divine within you
